This capability runs through instagram_discovery_scraper and returns normalized JSON through the tool workspace, REST runner, or MCP.

Returns recently indexed public reel candidates in Google recency-rank order with day-to-week-to-month fallback. This is explicitly not Instagram's authenticated Explore ranking.
